We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Theme Health account and all associated data, send an email to privacy@mythemehealth.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

We'll process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been permanently removed.
