2. What Theme Health Is Not

Theme Health is not a medical device, and nothing in our platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our insights are informational and should not replace conversations with your healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making changes to your treatment or care. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Theme Health. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Use a strong password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of your health data. By using Theme Health, you grant us permission to use your anonymized, aggregated data to generate community patterns and improve our platform. You can opt out of contributing to aggregated community patterns while still using personal features. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Theme Health, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering our algorithms, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. No automated scraping or bulk extraction of content.

7. Community Patterns

Community insights are based on aggregated, anonymized data and are provided for informational purposes only. We may apply statistical thresholds (such as minimum cohort sizes and confidence levels) before showing patterns. Community insights reflect reported experiences and are not clinical outcomes.

Theme Health is provided ‘as is’ without warranties. Insights may be incomplete or inaccurate. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. During Alpha, the product is under active development and may change significantly.

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
